Salem, Ore.— Today, Oregon Right to Life PAC announced the endorsement of Darcey Edwards for the House District 31 Republican Primary. She would replace outgoing Representative Brian Stout (R-Columbia City).
ORTL political director Sharolyn Smith said, “We are proud to endorse Darcey Edwards and are confident she will be the most effective voice for life in House District 31.”
Edwards is a native of Northwest Oregon and a committed member of her community, volunteering and serving on numerous boards to help Oregonians in need. She and her husband, Rob, have been married for 33 years and have three children, two of whom were adopted.
ORTL executive director Lois Anderson added, “Darcey lives out her pro-life values day to day. She is a committed advocate and will be a strong messenger in protecting mothers and their unborn babies.”
