Randall joined the National Right to Life Committee in 1989 and has headed the education department since 1994. He has tracked and translated the latest scientific research and statistics on abortion and other life issues enabling pro-life activists to better promote a culture of life.

Frank has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with a special interest in Theology. Dr. Rosenbloom is a board certified internal medicine physician practicing in Oregon for the past eleven years. He is
